Statera Fitness was established in 2005 with the primary goal of making the highest quality equipment and personal training accessible to everyone.  Our members rave about the comfort and ease of our Life Fitness Signature Series® weight machines-- arguably the best on the market.  Anyone more inclined toward free weights is sure to be satisfied with our extensive line of Hammer Strength® weights.  The cardio room at Statera is complete with Life Fitness treadmills, elliptical cross-trainers, upright and recumbent bicycles, and stair climbers.  Our personal trainers are well-qualified to help you reach your fitness goals—please click on the Personal Training link for more information.

We strive to promote a welcoming and non-intimidating atmosphere to people of all fitness levels.  Many of our members come to Statera from bigger clubs and are pleased with the clean, friendly atmosphere—and the fact that there is virtually no waiting for machines.  We provide lockers, showers and towels for all members.  Heart rate monitors and Naked® juices are available to enhance your performance.
